Payments & subscriptions

1. What you pay for

On CostaCasas, you pay only for advertisements and optional platform services, such as the one-time listing setup service. CostaCasas does not receive, hold or transfer rental payments or deposits: you arrange those directly with the owner. Payment links that owners add to rental agreements go to the owner or the owner's own provider; CostaCasas does not process or verify those payments.

1a. Listing setup service (one-time)

Owners can ask CostaCasas to prepare their listing. This is a one-time service fee, shown before payment and paid via Mollie; it does not renew. The fee is separate from the annual package, which is still needed (or activated under a running promotion) before the listing is published. The listing is only published after the owner approves the prepared version.

2. Packages for owners

There are three annual packages:

• Basic — €49 per year, maximum 1 Casa, up to 5 photos per Casa, a basic listing, your own property page, an availability calendar, and a way for renters to contact you.
• Premium — €99 per year, maximum 1 Casa, up to 12 photos per Casa, everything from Basic and a more extensive presentation.
• PRO — €149 per year, maximum 2 Casas, up to 25 photos per Casa, everything from Premium, a PRO label while the package is active, the most extensive presentation, and the option to add a property video.

If the maximum number of Casas for a package has been reached, you cannot add an extra Casa with that package; for an extra Casa you purchase a new package, and that Casa follows the rules of the new package. A featured placement is separate from the chosen package.

3. Business advertisements

There are two separate products for businesses:

• Community advertisement (Community Partner) — €15 per year. Shown after review by CostaCasas.
• Service advertisement — €45 per advertisement per year (multiple services and locations at no extra cost). Each advertisement lists one VAT number and is marked as a paid service listing.

4. Renewal and cancellation

Each annual package and business advertisement costs the price shown per year and automatically renews every 12 months at the then applicable price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account; no further renewal charges will then be made and the linked property or advertisement goes offline. Any refund for the current period follows the refund & withdrawal policy.

5. Switching to a smaller package

If you have more photos than the new package allows, you must first remove some photos yourself. CostaCasas never automatically deletes photos.

6. Payments and refunds

You purchase advertisement orders from CostaCasas; the online payment is processed by the payment provider Mollie. The service starts after payment (and, for properties, after administrative review). Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable law; if you expressly ask us to start the service during that period and then withdraw, you receive a refund minus a proportionate amount for the period already provided. Business/professional purchasers do not have a statutory withdrawal right. See our refund & withdrawal policy.
