How it works

Your property becomes visible on CostaCasas.be.
3. Receive inquiries
Potential renters contact you directly.
4. Arrange the rental directly
Owner and renter agree on the terms, payment, and agreement between themselves.
CostaCasas facilitates the contact, but at this stage is not a landlord and does not conclude rental contracts.

Prices excl. 21% VAT — 21% VAT is added at checkout.
Basic and Premium: 1 casa per package. Pro: 2 casas per package. Want to list more casas? That's possible. Once you reach the maximum of your current package, you can simply purchase a new package for your next casa(s).

PRO – Maximum visibility
Your property is automatically placed back at the top every month.
With PRO, your property gets an automatic visibility boost every month. Your property reappears at the top of the relevant property listings and then gradually moves back down.
How many Casas can I list?
- Basic MAX. 1 CASA
- Premium MAX. 1 CASA
- PRO MAX. 2 CASAS
Once you have reached the maximum number of Casas for your package, you cannot add an extra Casa with that same package. Want to list another Casa? Buy a new package. The new Casa then follows the rules of the newly purchased package.
All packages are automatically renewed annually. The PRO badge is only visible as long as your PRO package is active. A featured spot is separate from your package.
CostaCasas.be does not process any rental payments between renter and owner itself. You only pay for your advertising package, securely online when listing your property.
