Service provider terms

1. Independent third parties

Service providers are independent third parties. The agreement for a service is formed directly between the service provider and the customer.

2. No guarantee from CostaCasas

CostaCasas does not guarantee:

• the quality or outcome of the service;
• the professional competence of the service provider;
• permits or insurance;
• price and availability;
• the performance of the service.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your services and legal obligations. By placing a listing you declare: “I declare that I am entitled to offer the listed services professionally.”

4. Recognizability

Paid service listings are clearly marked as “Paid service listing”. If you respond in the community, it must be clear that you are a professional service provider. Covert advertising is not allowed.

5. Payment

A service listing costs €45 per advertisement per year (multiple services and multiple locations at no extra cost). Each advertisement lists one VAT number. Payment does not imply approval or recommendation by CostaCasas.
