CostaCasas charges a fixed price per year and no commission per booking: BASIC €49 · PREMIUM €99 · PRO €149 excl. VAT. Prices excl. 21% VAT — 21% VAT is added at checkout.

The difference shown is only the difference in platform costs. It is not extra profit or a guaranteed saving: bookings, prices and other costs differ per platform.
Airbnb: under the new single-fee structure, hosts pay the full service fee. 15.5% is based on Airbnb's global average service fee and is used here as an example. Exceptions and other rates exist (for example 16% for listings in Brazil and Mexico), so not every host pays exactly 15.5%. The deadline of 13 October 2026 applies to hosts in the European Economic Area and Switzerland to adjust their prices.
Booking.com and Vrbo: fees depend on region, contract and property type, so we do not show a fixed rate for them.
